Keep in mind that upon purchasing the arrangement certain containers, flowers, or greenery may not match. This could be due to a number of reasons which are: weather, seasonality, and market conditions which could affect availability. This is why there can be a substitution. As Valentine's Day draws near, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support. We’re excited to help you celebrate this special occasion! Due to the increased demand for our flowers and services, please be aware that there may be some substitutions for florals and containers. We promise that any replacements will be of equal or greater value, ensuring your loved ones receive something beautiful.
We’re also thrilled to share that we’ve expanded our delivery range! However, please keep in mind that some areas may not have accurate pricing based on distance just yet. If there are any changes to the delivery cost as we finalize our routes, we will reach out to you directly.
We appreciate your understanding that we can't guarantee specific delivery times. Jobsites and schools will receive priority for our earliest routes, while other addresses will be scheduled for open delivery.
For office buildings or apartments, please include any access codes or specific details in the special instructions box. If you forget, just give us a call, and we’ll update your order. We will also do our part to reach you. Please remember that if we can't establish contact, the delivery may not be successful, and we won't be able to issue a refund. However, store credit will be provided.
